1. What do I need to do if I forget the password?
In this case you need to click on “Log in” button and then “You don’t remember password? Click here” and give your email address that was used during the registration. We will send a new password to this email.
2. Is it necessary to register to do shopping?
To do shopping you do not have to register an account. However, having an account gives many possibilities, for instance monitoring your order’s status anytime.

1. Is it possible to make an order on the phone?
Yes, it is possible.
2. Is it possible to withdraw the completed order?
Yes, it is possible on the condition that this is not a personalised order, which manufacturing has already begun.
3. Is it possible to make changes to the order?
Yes, it is possible on the condition that manufacturing of the product has not started yet.
4. Is it possible to pick up an item personally?
Yes, it is possible, but only in Gniezno.
5. Can I order a t-shirt in a different colour from one presented in the shop?
Yes, you can do it. In our t-shirts you can change colours, add your own logotype etc.
In general, you can modify everything according to your will. It is possible because we are not a go-between, but a manufacturer that designs our own shirts, thanks to which you have many possibilities to make changes.
Please contact us before buying a product in which you want to modify something.
6. Is it possible to order a t-shirt based on my own design?
Yes, it is possible. To do so, please contact us using email or phone.
7. Can you design something in a theme that interests me, for instance running?
Yes, if you lack ideas for an interesting t-shirt, we are able to propose to you our design.

Exchanges and returns

1. Can a bought product be returned?
Yes, each client has a right to returned a product they bought without giving any reason within 14 days since the day of receiving the order with the exception of personalised products, sewed for individual orders. These, by the rule, cannot be returned.
2. Can a bought product be exchanged for another?
In case of buying a personalised product there is no such possibility, that is why we ask you to consider your shopping thoroughly. However, in case of buying a standard product without personalisation there is a possibility to exchange it for another.
